And, we’re proud of how our partner ecosystem evolves to meet the changing needs of compensation programs. Our newly expanded partnership with WTW is an exciting reflection of how we team up with the survey data providers you know and trust and reliable consulting providers to help comp pros work more efficiently. We recognize where market pricing fits into the larger picture of compensation and are passionate about connecting our customers with the resources they need — even if we didn’t create them.
The WTW partnership, explained.
We recently announced a strategic partnership with WTWOpens in a new tab, and many in the comp space may be wondering what that means. So, let me break it down.
Bettercomp has a long-standing relationship with WTW. As we’ve worked together over the past 6 years, they’ve seen how Bettercomp has grown and evolved, bringing value to dozens of the world’s largest companies and delivering much-needed innovation to the market pricing technology space. This partnership is building on that foundation.
Existing customers will benefit in a number of ways. Most notably, the partnership includes some agreed upon collaboration to fully automate the process of all WTW survey results showing up in Bettercomp without the need for you to download surveys from WTW and re-upload them to Bettercomp. This includes not only standard survey results but also any custom cuts that were generated by you - and applies to WTW’s full global survey portfolio - a collaboration only available to Bettercomp customers.
In addition, we’re partnering to offer a streamlined path for WTW Analytics and Design customers to migrate their market pricing work to Bettercomp. WTW evaluated all the available legacy market pricing solutions and chose Bettercomp as their preferred market pricing technology partner because of our pace of innovation, customer focus, and shared vision for the future. We’re excited to help current and future WTW customers move from manual workflows to automated, policy-based, and AI-enabled market pricing.

2026 is off to an exciting start for Bettercomp. We’ve announced our new look and now this exciting partnership announcement, but this is just the start of what we have planned for this year.
