Today marks a defining moment in our company’s journey. If you’ve visited our homepage or scrolled past our latest LinkedIn post, you’ve likely noticed a significant change. We’ve unveiled a refresh of our brand, featuring a new logo, a lowercase “C” in our name, and a redesigned website.

A new look for the future of compensation.

This rebrand isn’t a fresh coat of paint — it’s a reflection of the company we have become and a promise of where we are going. Every design choice was methodically prepared to mirror three core pillars that define our identity.

From day one, we set out to bridge the gap in comptech: delivering market pricing defined by speed and customer-driven innovation, not rigid systems and demo candy that prioritize profits over performance.
